Hook: Any streamer hook sizes 2-6 

Thread: Black 6/0 

Tail: Glued rabbit strips (darker color on top) 

Body: Flank the rabbit strips with krystal flash 

Head: Epoxy finish 

Eyes: Glued on

Instructions:  This is a fairly simple fly to tie - more gluing than normal as you will have to glue the rabbit strips together, as well as use epoxy for the head and glue the eyes onto the head.

Techniques: Fish this like you would any other streamer pattern.  It could be a straight retrieve, a twitching motion or even dead drifted.  Whatever works best for the situation.  You'll notice the painted on eyes - try tying some patterns with dumb bell eyes to add some weight and color as well.
