Legs: Partridge.
Wing:  CDC.

Comments: Shane Stalcup is quite an innovative fly tyer and this is just one of his many creations.  The Loop Wing Emerger can be tied in a variety of sizes and colors (biots/cdc).  While I cannot personally vouch for the success or failures of this fly, I can tell you that there are a dozen in my fly box ready to go this spring.
